No balloons? No problem! Cut out these paper ones to get a
graphic balloon look.
Instructions:
1. Using coloured cardstock, print off pdf (located below)
2. Cut out balloons and punch out the black dot at the bottom of the balloon
3. With whatever material you've chosen for the balloon string, put through the hole and tape at the back (if using a pipe cleaner, a fun trick is to wrap the pipe cleaner around some sort of tube to slightly curl it)
