Tea Cup Planter Pot

Tea Cup Planter Pot

Change a used container into a delightful tea cup to hold potted plants!

 Instructions:

1. Sand around the container, focusing on coloured areas

Before:

After:

2. Wipe off, make sure there is no dust left on the container

3. Follow spray paint instructions, use in a well-ventilated area, cover areas you do not want to get paint on, etc.

4. Spray paint container in coats, follow paint instructions for drying times (see photos for coverage examples)

Note: I decided to only do 3 coats, a bit of the margarine container writing was still visible but not so much that the transformation didn't work for me

5. Print off ‘Tea Cup Planter Pot’ printable (posted below)

6. Cut out labels and tea cup handles (a craft knife will make it easier to cut out the inner circle)

7. Fold handle square and glue onto side of the container

8. Glue label on the front of the container

HELLO BREW-TEA-FUL!

Note: Take special care when watering; if the outside of the container gets wet, the paper could warp and peel
